Q: I have the Lawn Care Program. How many times will Turf Wizard treat my lawn?

A: Our Lawn Care Program provides seven treatments per year, approximately six weeks apart. The chemicals used for each treatment will vary depending on the time of year. An invoice will be left on your door noting any service performed as well as any special instructions or recommendations.


Q: Do I have to be at home when you come?

A: No. If you have a locked gate or a pet, we will make arrangements to have the gate unlocked. We ask that your pets not be in the yard during application.  If you would like pre-notification, just let us know!


Q: I have children and pets. Are the chemicals harmful to them?

A: No, but depending on the type of treatment people and pets may need to avoid the lawn for a period of time.


Q: Do I have to pay every time you treat my lawn?

A: Yes, we require payment at the time of service. You may pay by check at the time of treatment, or utilize our convenient Customer Assistant Link via our website to pay with any major credit or debit card. We offer a 5% autopayment discount, as well as a 10% prepayment discount if you wish to prepay for the entire year!


Q: Do I have to water my lawn after you treat it?

A: Typically yes, however, it depends on what was done to your lawn and your local watering restrictions. An invoice will be left at your home after treatment and recommendations will be notated on the invoice. 


Q: You've come to treat my lawn and I still have weeds! What do I do?

A: It's important to remember that it may take more than one treatment for the weeds to start dying. Depending on the type of weed, it may take a special application to eliminate it.  Check our website "Weeds 101" for additional tips, and please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have.

Q:  How do you determine your service price, and do I have to sign a contract?

A:  Pricing for our services is determined by the size of your lawn.  Service continues from application to application, year to year.  However, there is NO contract required.  You can discontinue service at any time by calling or writing us.
